Company Overview
Founded in 1885, Harris Thermal Transfer Products is an ASME-certified industrial fabricator serving clients worldwide. We design, manufacture, and repair custom thermal process equipment in industries including power and renewable energy, water treatment, chemical, oil & gas, food & beverage, mining & minerals, pulp & paper, and more.
Our Heritage
For more than 140 years, Harris Thermal has proudly manufactured equipment in the United States. Originally founded as Harris Ice Machine Works, the company initially built ammonia-refrigeration equipment and transitioned during the world war era into custom thermal process equipment that initially supported the United States’ war efforts and ultimately the rapid expansion of American manufacturing industry.
That spirit of innovation and resilience carries forward today. We build some of the largest custom vessels in the industry—over 500,000 pounds—and ship equipment to clients around the globe. This unmatched heritage proves our ability to adapt, endure, and deliver value for generations of customers.
